Overview
Projects we conduct in Sulawesi and Java are the implementation of education, guidance and training to all farmers involved. In other way, clove quality and productivity improvement project is a way to reap quality cloves that meet the standard, done by skilled hands of Indonesia. We do integrated monitoring and supervising to all process at any level of the project until we produce the finest harvest.
2012
2012 was the first year we were established. We started to work on Minahasa project due to our responsibility as the outsourcing company appointed by Philip Morris International within the mission to enhance clove quality and productivity in both Sulawesi and Java.
We did the project by applying the right approach to all farmers, giving them good education, facilities and any other needs optimally.
All in all, this project was well done untikl the harvest came. Farmers enjoyed witnessing how their clove grew and blossomed better than they have ever known. They were contented to produce the best clove the have ever had.

Luwu project was started on 2012. We applied personal approach to every farmer by giving them good education and skill, guidance, training and assistance. These things were meant to make their clove grew better as well as produced high quality clove, ready to distribute to cigarette manufacturer all over Indonesia.
2013
We started Bulukumba project on 2013. Farmers reaped the best result from clove plantation by optimal education, guidance, training and assistance we delivered.
Bone project was conducted on 2013. It was nearly the same as other clove projects in Sulawesi. We embraced farmers, delivering the best education and skill, guidance, training, assistance and all they need. Thus, farmers enjoyed their different result of clove plantation, a way better clove from previous years.
North Kolaka project was done in 2013. This project was exhilarating, since all farmers were enthusiastic in receiving special education, guidance training, and assistance we delivered. This way made us easy to improve clove quality and productivity in this area.
Minahasa project was expansion program we performed on 2013 in North Sulawesi in enhancing clove quality and productivity. All farmers involved had a big eagerness to learn, to receive our guidance, training and assistance they needed. We monitored every process from the beginning until the harvest time.
South Minahasa project was also hub expansion program in enhancing clove quality and productivity in North Sulawesi. Nearly no difficulties within the process of knowledge and technology transfer, guidance, training as well as assistance. This was due to all farmers were very cooperative in learning and applying knowledge we delivered.
East Bolaang Mongondow project was performed on 2014 as the hub expansion program in North Sulawesi. Through a good personal approach, we were successfully delivering education, guidance, training and assistance optimally to clove farmers. This surely enhanced clove quality and productivity in North Sulawesi.
2014
2014 was the year where we began to step ahead by conducting a project in Java, especially in Pelabuhan Ratu, Sukabumi, West Java. By using a slight different approach from others we applied in Sulawesi, we picked a successfull farmer as a role model for others.
The project is now taking place. We maintain it by delivering education, guidance, training, assistance besides attentive supervision at all level.

2015
A new phase begins this year. We start to give education about buying to farmers as a higher level we should take.
