BERSIH (Clean)
‘Bersih’ means clean. This word reflects 3 characters:
Integrity. It shows an individual with a good personality; tightly hold on the value of honesty both in words and deed that marks into enthusiasm and vigorousness in life. Being passionate, honest and sincere to conduct task and responsibility; positively thinking, being persistent in reaching goals, proactive in any possibilities, progressive in achieving dreams, and actively working.
Responsible. Responsible is being ready to do every planned thing, and being strongly committed to carrying on every plan.
Sportivity. Being sportive means being gallant. It unveils being fearless to acknolwledge the corn, not merely giving excuses, and not to blame anyone for any mistake has been done.

BIJAK (Wise)
Bijak means wise. This word is related to the company’s system and government’s regulation which refers to Law no. 13 of 2003 on Manpower (Indonesian Labour Law).
Wise also means being cautious and respectful in using or applying what we have to reach a better life.

SEJAHTERA (Prosperous)
Sejahtera means prosperous. Being prosperous is a goal to achieve and to fight to meet the dreams and expectation of all employees.
Company Motto
Our Motto is C3:- Character. Every employee must have good characters. These characters include: being a whole self, confident, strong and never feel inferior of others’ strength.
